The prayer, fasting and election into the offices of the Biafra Independence Movement (BIM) have been postponed.
Vanguard reports that the indefinite postponement was announced on Monday, January 11, in Owerri, Imo state, by the leader of the group, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike.
According to him, the shift is to enable them make adequate consultations.
“The shift in the date for the fasting and prayer session, as well as the planned election, which more than 100 clergymen from the South East and South South geo-political zones are expected to participate, would enable BIM to make adequate consultation,” he said. Read More...
